Terms of Use for After Sales Installment

  • To benefit from After Sales Installment service, you should submit your request after your single-payment purchase is charged to your billing statement (but before the statement date). 
  • There is no transaction fee for After Sales Installment.
  • You can divide your purchases between TRY 50 and TRY 15,000 into 3 or 6 installments as you wish.
  • Purchases made with personal credit cards for food, groceries, alcoholic beverages, fuel, telecommunications, direct marketing, cosmetics, office supplies, and gift cards/vouchers as well as cross-border shoppings may not be split into installments pursuant to law.
  • The Interest rate for After Sales Installment is monthly %.
  • After Sales Installment is subject to KKDF (Resource Utilization Support Fund) and BSMV (Banking and Insurance Transaction Tax), both of which are added on the interest amount.
  • Purchases that have already been made in installments, purchases split into installments with After Sales Installment, cash advance transactions, and purchases to top up airtime/minutes on phones may not be split into installments.
  • Both main cards and additional cards are eligible for After Sales Installment. 
  • After Sales Installment is not offered for bills subjected to automatic payment orders with CardFinans Fix.
  • You can convey your requests of early closure via Telephone Banking at 0850 222 0 900.
