5 Ways to reach your up-to-date Statement information:

  • SMS Statement
    Write EKSTRE leave a space and then enter the last four digits of your credit card and send it as an SMS to 4490 (Example: EKSTRE 1234).
  • Regular SMS
    Call 444 0 900 Telephone Banking and place a “Statement information via monthly Regular SMS” order.
  • Internet Banking
    Use “Card Transactions>Card Info and Statement>Statement Preview” menu
  • Telephone Banking
    Call 444 0 900 Telephone Banking and after entering your card number dial 2 and 1 respectively.
  • ATM
    Place your Credit card in the ATM,
    Use- Inquiries > Last Statement menu to find out your TL or USD statement balance.
