Emergency Assist is a call-center specialized for all CardFinans owners*. CardFinans owners can use this service in any kind of emergency need considering medical problems, fire etc.. either about house or about car. Emergency Assist is available 7/24, and ready to help CardFinans owners on their urgent needs. Besides, this service may provide the telephone numbers of the Hospital, Hotel, Museum, etc.. the customer is trying to reach.

Vehicle Aid
- Vehicle Information Call Center
- Free Tow Truck/Car in case of an accident or malfunction (max. payment US$ 150)
- Free rescue of the vehicle with a winch in case of an accident or malfunction (max. payment US$ 150)
- Tranfer of the vehicle from repair
- Bus ticket for lenghts less than 500 km, flight ticket for lenghts more than 500 km
- Compansate the stopover in case the repair time exceeds 1 day. No payment limitation. 4* Hotel room/breakfast service (max. 2 days)
- If the repair time exceeds 1 day, gives assistance to the card owner to finish his/her trip (flight, bus, rental car)
Medical Aid
- Reservations for translation and simultaneous translation
- Medical information and consultancy
- Transportation because of medical reasons (Ambulance)
- Return after treatment (overland, airway)
- Transportation of the hospital attendant (overland, airway)
- Compansate the stopover of the hospital attendant. No payment limitation. 4* Hotel room/breakfast services (max. 7 days)
- Shipment of needed medicines (max. 5 kg.)
- Compansate the stopover after being discharged from hospital. No payment limitation. Only outside Turkey. (max. 5 days)
- Shipment of the corpse.
- Undertakes card owner’s relatives’ state of health through the ongoing period.
- Communicating the emergency messages.
House Aid
- House Information Call Center
- Pipe Fitter 3 times/year (max. US$ 30)
- Electrician 3 times/year (max. US$ 30)
- Locksmith 3 times/year (max. US$ 30)
- Glazier 3 times/year (max. US$ 30)

- Compansate the stopover. Hotel should be in the 50 km radius of the house. No payment limitation. 4* Hotel room/breakfast services (max. 2 days)
- Protection for 48 hours If the house faces a serious damage.
- Return to home country through airway or bus because of an unanticipated reason (ex: loss of a relative, serious problem occured about the house etc...)
Travel Aid
- Pre-Travel Service
- Loss of travel documents
- Finding the lost baggages and transportation
- Baggage loss and damage (max. Compensation US$ 400)
- Organizes transportation for recovery of damaged/lost/stolen eye glasses or prothesis
- Undertakes card owner’s relatives’ state of health through the ongoing period.
- Advance cash in case of emergency cases (max. Limit US$ 1000)
- Return to home country through airway or bus because of an unanticipated reason (ex: loss of a relative, serious problem occured about the house etc...)
- Lawey / Consultancy expenses (max. amount US$ 2000)
- Advance cash for bail (max. amount US$ 2000)
VIP Transfer
- Finansbank VIP TRANSFER is a short term car rental service with a driver.
- Card Owner should call Emergency Assist call center and report his need to the agent on the phone.
- The name and the telephone number of the driver who will be in charge of the card owner is being send to the customers cell phone via sms
- For transfer service Emergency Assist should be informed at least 48 hours before
- Transfer Service is available in Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir.
- After card owner informs his/her demand, the serving company returns to the customer, confirms the demand, and informs the customer about the fee. If the customer accepts the terms the charge is taken from his/her CardFinans automatically.
- The order can be cancelled until 2 hours before the due time without any charge and the fee is returned to the credit card
Professional Driver Service
- Professional Driver Service is given when a CardFinans owner is incapable of dirving or just doen’t want to drive his/her own car
- Card Owner should call Emergency Assist call center and report his/her transfer need to the agent on the phone.
- The details like; the date, time, location, car type.. should be informed.
- The name and the telephone number of the driver who will be in charge of the card owner is being send to the customers cell phone via sms.
- The driver demand should be informed at least 6 hours before the service time in work hours (09:00-18:00). If the demand is not within the work hours, it should be informed at least before 12 hours
- Emergency Assist Cal Center is available 7/24, and ready to help CardFinans owners on their urgent needs.
- After card owner informs his/her demand, the serving company returns to the customer, confirms the demand, and informs the customer about the fee. If the customer accepts the terms the charge is taken from his/her CardFinans automatically.
- The order can be cancelled until 2 hours before the due time without any charge and the fee is returned to the credit card
