How can I apply for an E-CardFinans account?
You can get an E-CardFinans account by filling out an
application form, which you can get from our branches,
from member companies or from www.finansbank.com.tr.
You can also apply for an E-CardFinans account by calling
444 0 900.
Is E-CardFinans secure?
The only way to get your card number and specify your
password is over Internet Banking. No one knows your
card's number and since it is not printed it can't be
stolen or lost.
How can I set the limit for
E-CardFinans?
You can set your limits by using the "Set Virtual
Card Limits" option under the "Card Transactions"
menu. Your customer advisor can also set your limits
when you call 444 0 900. If the value of the commodity
or service you want to purchase is in foreign currency,
you should set a limit that is approximately equivalent
to the TL equivalent. When purchasing in installments,
the limit should be the same as the total amount.
