CardFinans is a credit card which offers you unique discounts, payments in installments, advantages and services with over 800 brands and over 70,000 retail stores where you see the sign “CardFinans- The Power Is Yours”.

You can use CardFinans at any retail point where you can see Visa and Mastercard logos.

These are special points you earn depending on the amount you spend when you shop with your CardFinans, which you can use instead of money when you shop at the member merchants.

You can use your Moneypoints;

• While shopping at the CardFinans member merchants,
• While purchasing top-ups/minutes via SMS,
• While booking flight tickets from any airline you choose
• While purchasing bus tickets from Varan Turizm

To apply for CardFinans you need to be over 18 years old and have regular income.

If you are university student or you are between 18-25 years old and you have a job, your application will be considered as a CardFinans GO application.

• CardFinans application form (which you may obtain from any of our branches)
• Photocopy of your ID or passport
• Photocopy of your income statement
• Scan or photocopy of any of the below documents to verify your address
  • Your residence document (permit),
  • A utilities bill (electricity, water, natural gas, telephone) that requires a subscription to provide the service. The bill should be in the name of the applicant and should be issued 3 months prior to the application.
  • Any document issued by a government body.

If you are a Turkish national, then you do not need a guarantor to apply for CardFinans. If you are a foreign national, then you are required to appoint a guarantor.

The primary card holder will need to complete an application form on behalf of the prospective supplementary card holder, which will need to be signed by both the primary and supplementary card holder.

You can authorize part of your primary card limit to be allocated for the supplementary card limit.

All the credit cards are subject to the same limit; this limit is used jointly by all the cards.

You can use the following channels to pay for your credit card’s outstanding debt:

• Finansbank Internet Banking
• 444 0 900 Telephone Banking
• Finansbank branches
• Nakit24 and Nakit24 Ekstra’s
• All Post Office (PTT) branches with on-line connections
• Halkbank branches
• You can make a wire transfer from all the other banks by specifying Finansbank’s bank code as 111 and branch code as 998.
• You can place a “Automated Standing Instruction” using Finansbank branches, 444 0 900 Telephone Banking and Internet Banking

If you have a Finansbank account, you can place your CardFinans Automatic Standing Instruction using the below:

When you are making payment to your CardFinans from other banks, enter 111 as the bank code and 998 as the branch code and ensure that you complete your 16 digit card number and your name-surname information correctly.

You can change your statement date by calling 444 0 900 Telephone Banking or using Internet Banking. You can change your statement date only once a year.

Your account balance will be sent your address by post/email the day after your statement is issued. To ensure that you receive your statement in time, you need to check that your address and email information registered with our bank are correct and up-to-date.

In addition to your statement, you can find out your monthly account balance from the channels below:

• At Finansbank ATMs Review Transactions > Latest Statement menu
• Call 444 0 900 Telephone Banking and after you enter your card number, enter 2, and 1 respectively
• www.finansbank.com.tr > Internet Banking > Card Transactions > Card Information and Statements> Statement Preview Menu
• Send an SMS to 4490 using your mobile phone- enter EKSTRE, leave a space and enter the last 4 digits of your credit card (Example: EKSTRE 1234)

• Retail (TL) : %2,26

• For CardFinans Classic, card issuance fee and annual fee is 35 TL.
• For CardFinans Gold, card issuance fee and annual fee is 45 TL.
• For CardFinans Platinum, card issuance fee and annual fee is 55 TL
• For CardFinans University, there is no card issuance fee for the first year. Annual fee is 5 TL.
• For CardFinans GO, card issuance fee and annual fee is 25 TL.
• For CardFinans Business, card issuance fee and annual fee is 55 TL

The card issuance fee will be reflected in your first statement after you have used your card for the first time.

• For CardFinans Classic, card issuance fee and annual fee is 17,5 TL.
• For CardFinans Gold, card issuance fee and annual fee is 22,5 TL.
• For CardFinans Platinum, card issuance fee and annual fee is 27,5 TL.
• For CardFinans GO, supplementary cards are not available.

The supplementary card issuance fee will be reflected in your first statement after you have used your card for the first time.

• For CardFinans Classic, it’s 6 TL
• For CardFinans Gold, it’s 10 TL
• For CardFinans Platinum, it’s 12 TL
• For CardFinans University, it’s 1,5 TL
• For CardFinans GO, it’s 6 TL
• For CardFinans Business, it’s 10 TL

Card replacement fee will be reflected in your first statement after you have used your card for the first time.

• For CardFinans Classic, it’s 3 TL
• For CardFinans Gold, it’s 7 TL
• For CardFinans Platinum, it’s 9 TL

Supplementary card replacement fee will be reflected in your first statement after you have used your card for the first time.

20% of your outstanding credit card balance as shown on your CardFinans statement for the specified period.

In the event that there are no payments received or the amount of the payment received is below the minimum amount by the last payment date shown on the account statement:

• You will be subject to a late payment interest rate, as specified on the statement, for the amount which is outstanding from the minimum payment amount.
• The remaining balance (with the exception of the amount outstanding from the minimum payment amount) will be subject to the regular interest rate also specified in the statement.

• Both overseas and within the country you can draw cash advance by showing your CardFinans from any VISA/MasterCard member bank branch. The bank does not need to be a Finansbank branch.
• Both overseas and within the country you can draw cash advance from ATMs 24 hours a day.
• You can draw cash advance from credit card using Telephone Banking and Internet Banking.

• Via Finansbank’s ATMs: 5 TL + 3.2% of cash advance amount
• Via other banks’ ATMs: 10 TL + 3.2% of cash advance amount

If your card is stolen or lost you should inform us immediately via

• The nearest Finansbank branch,
• Call 444 0 900 Telephone Banking and inform our Customer consultants.

Mail order is a shopping transaction using a credit card where you buy goods through means other than physically purchasing, such as mail, telephone or online order. Your card has been enabled for such transactions, but you can ask us to disable it, should you wish to do so.

In case personal credit cards are used for commercial and wholesale purchases with the purpose of resale, MoneyPoints and other campaigns will not be applicable.
